Warranty

Every product we sell is new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and our installation work is covered by our workmanship warranty.

Manufacturer's warranty

Inverters, batteries and solar panels carry the warranty of their manufacturer (for example Sunsynk, Deye, Luxpower, Growatt, Solis, MUST, Sungrow and Dyness). The warranty period depends on the brand and model and is stated on your quote and invoice. We handle warranty claims with the supplier for you.

Workmanship warranty

Our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months from the installation date. If a fault is caused by our workmanship, we come out and fix it at no cost.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

Under the Consumer Protection Act, goods that are defective within 6 months of delivery can be repaired, replaced or refunded. This is in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.

What is not covered

• Damage from lightning, power surges, fire, flooding or accidents
• Systems changed, moved or repaired by someone else
• Using equipment outside the manufacturer's instructions, or overloading the system
• Normal wear, and batteries used beyond their rated cycles
